My Approach
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: I am, first of all, a seeker of wisdom and a never-ending student of life. Motherhood, loss, love, and healing have been my greatest teachers — alongside years of study in coaching, contemplative psychotherapy, family constellation, child development, embodiment, feminine wisdom, and the healing arts.
My approach is not a fixed method. It is a living, breathing weaving of everything I have learned and everything I continue to learn. It’s soulful, somatic, and deeply human — always meeting you where you are, with compassion, presence, and clarity. We begin not with “doing,” but with being: slowing down, listening to the body, noticing the breath, and grounding in the present moment. From there, inquiry unfolds — gentle, curious questions that open space for your own inner wisdom to rise.
I bring tools and practices — coaching, meditations, rituals, emotional regulation techniques, developmental insights — but they only come alive when they meet your lived experience. This work is never about imposing answers; it’s about discovering together what is ready to be remembered, reclaimed, and re-integrated.

Often, it is less about learning something new and more about unlearning: letting go of inherited patterns, loosening old beliefs, and finding freedom in what was once constricted. With small, grounded practices and gentle accountability, we translate insight into real shifts in daily life — one breath, one choice, one conversation at a time.
Above all, I hold space: warm, non-judgmental, and deeply attuned. A space where you can breathe, soften, and unfold into who you truly are. This is the heart of my approach: a journey back home — to your body, to your wisdom, to yourself. And from that place, everything begins to shift with clarity, gentleness, and love.
